All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bt9999 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 25× wagering requirement requires a total of PKR 25,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established.
While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single stake is stated in the promotional terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum stake limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Live (in-play) betting markets are available on selected events including Pakistan cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC. Live odds update in real time. bt9999 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice. Bets placed during a suspension window may be voided.

bt9999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
bt9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting bt9999's support team. Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance remaining after applicable deductions will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.
Upon termination of your account, all bonus funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt9999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bt9999's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.
